The petitioner seeks bail in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 73/2007, registered for the offences punishable under Section 504 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3(x) of the SC/ST Act. The petitioner was on bail, but his bail bond was cancelled on 09.03.2009. The petitioner misused the privilege of bail for about six years and for that the petitioner is in jail for more than four and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial
