JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Some parts of generators and other instruments were recovered from the house of the petitioner but it has not been mentioned in the first information report that the aforesaid generators were theft property.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Maranchi P.S.Case No. 18 of 2015.
