The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019 for the offence under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code including 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the material available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months.
