2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of inflicting knife blow is against co-accused Muskan Mishra and this petitioner alongwith co-accused Shivam Kumar are only alleged to have caught hold of the informant. There is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Town P.S.
