2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ, order and direction for commanding the respondent to pay the appropriate compensation to the petitioner according to the norms and rules of the government, the land of the petitioner has been acquired by the government;

(ii) for grant of any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled, deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case..

3. As usual, the grievance of the petitioner is that

4. Learned State counsel submits that Annexure-1 shows that for Pirpainti Thermal Power Project, land was acquired and compensation was granted under the signature of the Collector, Bhagalpur. He further submits that if the petitioner has any grievance, he has to move before appropriate authority.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching appropriate authority i.e. before the Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur cum Arbitrator in next four weeks.

6. Learned State counsel submits that in case, such petition is filed, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

7. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of.
