JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 18-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an undertaking that all the defects pointed out by the stamp reporter shall be removed, and compliance with the conditions of the notices of this Court with regard to acceptance of e-filing shall be made, without delay immediately upon resumption of normal physical functioning of the Court, and in any event within one month thereof.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.2 has since been arrested. As such, permission is

3. Permission is accorded. The petition of the petitioner no. 2 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
4. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6138 of 2020.
5. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner no.1 that on account of Covid-19 pandemic and resultant lock-down, the petitioner no.1 could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time.
6. Learned APP appears and has been heard.
7. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of the petitioner no.1 and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of the order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.6138 of 2020 is extended by four weeks from today.
8. Modification petition stands allowed.
9. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12030 of 2021(3) dt.18-08-2021 3/3 notice of this Court.
