The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 498 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2022 and there is recovery of 81 liters of Nepali Saufi Liquor and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
