One loaded country-made pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 26-01-2015. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that after arrest of the petitioner in the present case, he was remanded in some other cases.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail
