Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No.180 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.
