Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 2 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter considering the fact that the petitioner has been

The consequential benefits, if any, found payable, shall be paid within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the final order. It is further directed that the time frame, as mentioned hereinabove, in the present order shall be adhered to strictly failing which the respondents shall be liable for penal action.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
