The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The police got secret information and on the basis of which the house of the petitioners was raided and from the house of the petitioners altogether more than 50 different articles were recovered but the petitioners did not show any papers with regard to the ownership of the articles. Petitioners confessed that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39356 of 2014 (4) dt.16-01-2015 2/2 they formed a gang to commit a theft in different places. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the same is rejected at this stage.
However, petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody.
