The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have fired causing the death of the husband of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is previous enmity and there is no possibility that the deceased had gone along with the petitioner.

There is specific allegation that it was the petitioner who fired killing the husband of informant on the spot. Son of the deceased is eye witness of the occurrence.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
