JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 16-08-2022 By order dated 09.03.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the matter was sent to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the mediation has failed.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner has suppressed his criminal antecedent and produced document in support of his submission. It is also submitted that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent, but in paragraph3 of the bail petition, it is stated that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not denied the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17692 of 2021(8) dt.16-08-2022 2/2 aforesaid fact and submits that he has no knowledge about the criminal antecedent of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has suppressed the fact of his criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
