====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 20-06-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Birendra Narayan Sharma for the petitioners.

The learned Additional District Judge XIV, Patna by order dated 01.03.2014 passed in Title Appeal No.127 of 2006 rejected the application filed by the petitioners for calling for the record of C.O. office to show that the respondents have filed a manipulated photocopy of the decree under appeal. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the lower appellate court found that the record of C.O. office is not at all necessary for deciding the present appeal. So far the allegation that the photocopy filed before C.O. is manipulated is a question that may be decided by the C.O. himself.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, in my opinion, it is not a case for interference in supervisory

Patna High Court CWJC No.13614 of 2015 (3) dt.20-06-2016 jurisdiction.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
