The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation, from the possession of the petitioner one idol of God and Goddess Ram and Sita was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
