The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 295(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. One message was received from mobile No.

8083988879 by which threatening to blow Bodh Gaya temple was given.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation it transpired that the aforesaid SIM was issued in the name of Samsuddin. One Sahnawaz is said to have confessed his guilt and disclosed that he had taken voter I. D. card of Samsuddin from the petitioner and got the SIM and he was who sent the message.

It is submitted that petitioner never handed over voter I. D. card or any other document of Samsuddin to Sahnawaj.

No.40132 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 238/15.
