The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3038 of 2020(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 Heard the parties.
Following reliefs have been sought for in paragraph 1(i) and 1(ii) of the present application:
"1(i) to direct the Respondents to release the retirement benefit such as pension, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, GPF and other admissible retiral dues to the petitioner with statutory interest.
(ii) to direct the respondents to release the payment of salary and other allowance from March, 2013 to 31.12.2018."
Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 3 for redressal of his grievance.
In case, any such representation is filed, the respondent no. 3 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of filing/making of such representation.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
