2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons, being faculty members of Jansahkari Degree College, Barap, Garhani, Bhojpur, misappropriated huge amount of college fund sanctioned by the Government.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence . The entire case as against the petitioner is the outcome of the evil design created by the Complainant in order to humiliate and harass the

It is further submitted that admittedly, the entire payment was made by In - Charge Principal of the College and the then Secretary of the College and petitioner being a Teacher has played no role in the matter of any withdrawal of money and above all whatever is paid to the petitioner was his due salaray as well as advance for the admission of his daughter which is already adjusted from his due salary . Moreover, co-accused Dr. Sanjay Kumar who was Professor In - Charge of college in question has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 03.02.2026 in Cr. Misc. No. 5428 of 2026 . 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case and materials available on record, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM - VIII Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agiaon (G) P. S. Case No. 147 of 2025 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the
