The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the FIR. Later on the petitioner is also said to have confessed his guilt and one stolen Yamaha motor cycle is said to have been recovered in front of the house of the petitioner but the petitioner is in jail since 14.04.2015 and he has already remained in jail for about five months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P. K. Lal, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sitamarhi in Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 89/2015.
