This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.335 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are accused of committing a loot of Rs.1,14,460/- from a C.S.P. operator. 4.

During investigation, the materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime, who is in custody since 20.11.2023. The petitioner is also accused in six more criminal cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible. If there is no substantial progress in the trial, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
