The petitioner seeks bail in Madhuban P.S. Case No. 132/2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named 23 persons and made allegation that all the accused persons assaulted her husband when her husband intervened, while the accused persons were assaulting Girija Bhagat. No specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by the bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 311/2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
