It would appear from perusal of the first information report as well as impugned order that petitioner has been remanded in this case on mere suspicion and except suspicion, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No. 25 of 2015.
