JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Two live cartridges and a mobile are said to have been recovered form conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and petitioner is cooling his heels behind the bar since 11.04.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna in connection with S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015.
