Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 342, 365, 323, 324, 307 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Mahnar P.S.Case No. 277 of 2021.

As per allegation, the accused persons forcibly got the informant seated in the vehicle and they assaulted him. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that three days prior to the occurrence, the father-in-law of the petitioner lodged a case against the informant with allegation that the informant shared the vulgar videos of his daughter by posting the same on social media platform and he has falsely

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8804 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 implicated the petitioner and other accused persons. He has submitted further that on similar footing two accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S.Case No. 277 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
