The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: for issuance of writ of appropriate nature order or direction commanding respondents to demarcate 2 katha land of Kheshra No. 1248 (Old) 1356 (New) under Mouza Bajidpur, Anchal Manigachhi which was settled in the name of petitioner's father (Rajendra

Patna High Court CWJC No.4244 of 2024(2) dt.25-06-2024 2/3 Mandal) in Bandobasti Case No. 04 of 1995-96 for which the petitioner filed application dated 01.12.2023 and prayed for accepting the cost of Anchal Amin and to demarcation the land allotted to his father, which after his death belongs to him. The petitioner has paid up-to-date rent for it and after the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 25.07.2023 passed in CWJC No. 19782 of 2014, the petitioner is entitled to retain it.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although earlier he had preferred a petition before the Collector, Darbhanga, now, he will be filing a fresh petition before the Circle Officer, Manigachhi Darbhanga (respondent no.6) for getting the land measured after making requisite fee.

4. Learned State has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of with the observation, if the petitioner prefers a fresh petition along with requisite fee before the respondent-the Circle Officer, Manigachhi Darbhanga in four weeks, the Circle
