A compromise petition has been filed which is Annexure 2 to this application in which it is said that the girl was of unsound mind.

Be that as may, the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahnar PS Case No 23 of 2014.
