Patna High Court C.Misc. No.447 of 2018(2) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 the impugned order dated 09.01.2018 passed in Probate Case No. 24 of 2003 but submits that the learned 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah be directed to dispose of the Probate Case No. 24 of 2003 / Title Suit No. 02 of 2004 in accordance with law expeditiously inasmuch as evidence of both the parties have come to an end and the case is of the year 2003.

Taking into consideration the prayer made by the petitioners, this application is dismissed with a request to the learned 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah to dispose of the Probate Case No. 24 of 2003 / Title Suit No. 02 of 2004 in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
