This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 237 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b), II(c), 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Two Kgs. of Charas was recovered from the shop of co-accused, who has named the petitioners as his associates. The petitioners have criminal antecedents also. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11799 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
