The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No.191 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3.

As per FIR, there is recovery of a loaded pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that recovery of firearms were not made from conscious physical possession of the petitioner rather the same was recovered from other co-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13967 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 accused person, namely, Prince Kumar. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 19.03.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No.191 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J. M. 1st Class, Begusarai.
