2. Co-accused Sanjay Manjhi and another as also Dinesh Manjhi and another filed application for bail in the court below, which was refused under order dated 21.07.2014, passed in B.P. No. 190/14/ 989/14 by Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gaya. Against the common order dated 21.07.2014, Cr. Misc. Nos. 34463, 35050 both of 2014 and the present one were filed.
3. It is submitted on behalf of the present petitioners that in Cr. Misc. No. 35050 of 2014 Sanjay Manjhi and another have been admitted to the privilege of bail today itself vide order dated 20.01.2015. Counsel is not aware about the result of Cr. Misc. No. 34463 of 2014.
4. Present petition is disposed of directing the court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38878 of 2014 (3) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 below to abide by the order of the High Court passed in the aforesaid two bail petitions and to act accordingly in the case of present petitioners.
