Case No.10 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 20(b), (ii), (c)/21(c)/22/23/24 of the NDPS Act pending before the Special Judge, NDPS Act-cum-1st Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.
Prayer of the Petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court.
Considering that nine out of sixteen witnesses have been examined, I see no reason to release the Petitioner on bail. Prayer is once again rejected with direction to the Trial Court to abide by the trial plan and conclude the trial positively within four months next.
It is made clear that the Petitioner will not be
