4/5 04.04.2019 suffers from an error and inasmuch as in second sentence at page 4 of the order, it has been recorded that petitioners were appointed as accounts clerk after 28.09.1999. Writ petition however, discloses that they were appointed against upper division clerk before 20.12.2000 from time to time in different works department of the State Government.
Second page at page 4 of order dated 04.04.2019 stands modified and may be read as-petitioners were appointed against the post of upper division clerk before 20.12.2000 from time to time in different works department of the State Government, instead of petitioners were appointed as accounts clerk after 28.09.1999.
It is further pointed out that another error has crept in the said order whereas description of the respondent no.1 has wrongly been typed as State of Bihar through the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Bihar, Patna whereas it should be State of Bihar through the Principal Secretary, Finance Department, Bihar, Patna as stated in the cause title. The order stands modified that in place of State of Bihar through the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Bihar, Patna it should be read as State of Bihar
