JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 This application is for extension of time to furnish bail bond in pursuance of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2218 of 2018 by order dated 13.09.2018. The petitioner-appellant was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No.63 of 2017. However, the petitionerappellant could not furnish bail bond within time. Prayer for extension of time is allowed. Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
