The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Manjhaulia P.S. Case No. 523 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the motherin-law of the deceased and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her.
