2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 vide order 3.2.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61642 of 2021.

3. In compliance of the order of this Court, both the parties i.e. the husband and the wife have appeared personally and it appears that the matter cannot be settled between them.

4. In these circumstances, the Principal Judge, Family

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11610 of 2025(7) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 Court, Munger is directed to conclude the proceedings of Maintenance Case No. 32 of 2023 within three months from the date of communication of this order. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger is also directed to proceed ex-parte against the non-cooperating party and whatever is decided shall be deducted from the account of the husband and will be transferred in the bank account of the wife.

5. The Chairman-cum-Managing Director, U.P. Gramin Bank Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh is directed to deduct the maintenance amount as well as the arrears of maintenance from the account of the husband as per the order of Principal Judge, Family Court, Munger and will continue to deduct the same.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.

7. The photocopy of the salary slip of the petitioner handed over to this Court by learned counsel for the Bank, is taken on record.
