Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447,386,387,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a 26/27 of Arms Act. Allegation is that the petitioner and coaccused-Sultan Paswan allegedly robbed cash from the shop of the informant on the point of pistol. Petitioner is accused in other cases also relating to demand of ransom, murder and theft. Petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2018.

Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No.139 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6625 of 2019(3) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 2017 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai. Hence, prayer is refused.

The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within nine months, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew the prayer before the learned court below itself.
