Petitioner is in custody connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 325 of 2018 for the offence under sections 30(a)/36/38/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner petitioner is a lady and nothing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

In the instant case, three liters of liquor was seized from the possession of co-accused who has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 18.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 82220 of 2019.

The petitioner is in custody since 2.9.2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5138 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-2nd-cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 325 of 2018.
