JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused had committed murder of informant's son and nephew.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 2.7.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
