The petitioner seeks bail in Jhajha P.S. Case no. 34/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner Munna Hembrem and for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 34/2015.
