The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/353/504/506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, in the leadership of coaccused Awadhesh Kumar Yadav, petitioner and other accused persons created hindrance and blocked the road and attacked the police party causing them injuries.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused Awadesh Kumar Yadav has already been allowed pre-arrest bail by this Court vide paragraph 11 of the bail petition. Petitioner claims clean

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Sadar Police Station Case No. 405/2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
