JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named with allegation that he gave one Lota blow, causing injury on the chest of the deceased but inquest report and postmortem report do not corroborate the aforesaid allegation as no external or internal injury was found on the person of the deceased and the doctor reserved his opinion, regarding the exact cause of death of the deceased till receipt of viscera report. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
