2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For issuing the direction or commanding the respondent to restore the possession of petitioner's land back to him in view of the letter dated 02.01.2016, issued under the signature of District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10954 of 2016(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 Bhagalpur.

(ii) For grant / restore the possession back to the petitioner the land situated at area Mauja- Manoharpur Kalidas, Thana no. 41, Khata no. 379, Khesra 302 total 0.0047 hectare, which has Illegally and forcefully acquired by agnates of the petitioner. Pursuance to the order passed by District Magistrate Bhagalpur vide letter no. 03 dated 02.01.2016.

3. Learned State Counsel submits that the kind of grievance the petitioner has, the same can be best adjudicated by a Competent Civil Court.

4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, dismissed for non-prosecution.
