Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died within a very short span of marriage in other than normal circumstances. There appears to be illegal demand and torturing against the petitioner and, therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Kudra P.S.Case No. 196 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur stands rejected. However, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur is directed to commit the case of the petitioner to the court of sessions in accordance with law within three weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, if the same has not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41561 of 2015 (3) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 been committed as yet and after commitment the concerned sessions court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
