The present petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 22.5.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6694 of 2014. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna in which annexing memo no. 302 dated 12.4.2023, it has been stated that so far as the family pension is concerned, the same has been approved and regarding the other claim, in absence of document as also the first appointment of her husband, it was difficult to take a decision. In the aforesaid background, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the opposite party with the documents, if available who shall be duty bound thereafter to act in accordance with law. The petitioner is also given liberty to approach the

Patna High Court MJC No.879 of 2018(3) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 authority regarding the claim of pensionery amount of her husband.
