The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Chautarawa P. S. Case No. 281 of 2019 for offences under Sections 323, 324, 307, 341, 379, 354, 447, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Specific allegation of assault is against Prahlad Sharma, Ganesh Sharma, Ramesh Sharma and Umesh Sharma and there is no specific overt act alleged against these petitioners.

No.6947 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners, the Court is inclined to grant bail to them. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Chautarawa P. S. Case No. 281 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
