The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
The police apprehended the petitioner and other accused persons. From possession of the petitioner Vikas Kumar, son of Chandradeo Prasad Mahto four live cartridges and two mobiles were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 04.05.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for four months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40551 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
