The petitioner seeks bail in Piro P.S. Case No.13 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of snatching a motorcycle, while he was moving on his motorcycle. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he is in custody since 22.06.2019. Further submission is that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I.Parade. The petitioner has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar. It is submitted that the petitioner is also accused in several other

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5833 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 cases.

Be that as it may, considering facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.1, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No.13 of 2019 with condition that he has to appear before the local police station of his area for a period of one year or till the conclusion of the trial, whichever is earlier, so that the police may watch the activities of the petitioner, otherwise the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur for the needful. With the above observation, this application is allowed.
