The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504 /302 /427 / 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2018. Petitioner and others are suspected to have committed murder of the brother of the informant. The FIR was lodged on recovery of dead body.

Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8769 of 2019(3) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No.159 of 2013, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
