JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh objection in view of the changed scenario before the Circle Officer, Kanti, Muzaffarpur in the ongoing encroachment proceedings within a period of four weeks from today whereupon the Circle Officer, Kanti, Muzaffarpur shall consider the same objectively and pass final order under Section 6 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
