JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 3.12.2018, passed in CWJC No. 13297 of 2016, the District Level Selection Committee (Supply) held a meeting on 21.2.2019, under the Chairmanship of the Collector, Gopalganj, which has found the claim of the petitioner to be untenable in the eyes of law, hence, has rejected the claim of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid decision of the committee taken on 21.2.2019. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
